| 1. | NORDAS
WF 4
is
to be mixed with clear water in a clean bin until it has become a flexible
smooth mortarpaste, after ripening mix once more. Mixing ratio: 25 kg NORDAS WF 4 : 7,5 litres water Ripening time: approx. 3 minutes Working time: approx. 3 - 4 hours, temperature depending Laying time: < 30 minutes Correction time: max. 10 minutes Hardening: walkable / groutable after approx. 24 hours, full walkable after 3 days, full loadable after 14 - 28 days depending on the temperature and object Storage time: closed bag, dry and frost free approx. 1 year. |

| 2. | Grounds
must be clean and form resistant. Remove
all loose plaster, oil coatings, colourspots and any other
adhesive-reducing components from the surface, uneven patches shall be
levelled out by plastering with NORDAS
WF 4
in advance. The moisture content inside concrete floors or concrete plasters shall not be over 2%, concrete screed shall be 28 days old minimum. Gypsum plaster and gypsum containing components like wall-boards shall be isolated with a suitable covering. A good adhesive bridge will be reached when the moisture content inside the gypsum plaster is below 0,5%. |

adhesive shall be applied first smooth to get a contact layer, then comb from bottom to top by using a notch trowel. The tiles shall be pressed
to the mortar with slight side force to get a full adhesive contact over
the whole tileīs backside. Outdoor and floor coverings having bigger bumps on their backside must be
buttered with NORDAS
WF 4
on their back in addition (Buttering/Floating-Combination), this is also
valid for coverings with throughshining effect like glass mosaic or
light-coloured natural stoneslabs with small slab thickness combined with the white
NORDAS
WF 4 WEISS.
Tile position can be corrected max. 10 minutes after setting. |

| 4. | Before
tile setting works at wall-boards, the boards must be checked if correct
and stable fixed to the ground. In dependence of the boardīs material it
might be possible that the board needs a suitable isolation covering (e.g.
paintable) in advance. |

Powder
coatings on the back of vitreous tiles / porcelaine stoneware tiles must be removed! After application
works "new-on-old-tile" or on reinforced decoupling mattings an extended waiting time is
neccessary until the joints can be filled. |

| 6. | For
the installation of temperature insulating wall-boards and the like the
mortar shall be applied to the boardīs backside in lines or spots. |
||
| 7. | NORDAS WF 4 shall not be used at air- and substratetemperatures below +5° Celsius and not over +25° celsius substrate- or watertemperature. | ||
